REAVERS is built for battle in today’s combat environments, using a plug-and-play modular architecture optimized for rapid assembly and sustainment at the edge. 

The aircraft incorporates rugged 3D-printed structural components that enable distributed manufacturing, fast frame replacement, and on-demand production in forward environments. An integrated interconnect board enables solderless, low-complexity internal assembly, allowing operators to build, repair, or reconfigure an aircraft in under 30 minutes with minimal tools or training.
